"Atticus" is a software tool designed to aid users in understanding legal concepts, providing information, and facilitating legal research. "Atticus" is not a substitute for professional legal advice, does not provide legal advice, and its use does not create an attorney-client relationship. As part of the Services, users want the service to analyze information they voluntarily upload to the service. This decision to upload information is at the sole discretion of the individual user.

A note about accuracy: Atticus uses services like ChatGPT and Anthropic which generate responses by reading a user's request and, in response, predicting the words most likely to appear next. In some cases, the words most likely to appear next may not be factually accurate. For this reason, you should not rely on the factual accuracy of output of the application.
